BOROUGH OF PLEASANT HILLS DOG LICENSE Annual Fee: $10.00 The owner of any dog within the Borough of Pleasant Hills is required to obtain a license as of the first business day of January of each year and every year thereafter. The owner of any dog more than six months old may obtain a dog license per Boro Code 150.1, at the Municipal Building, Administration Department, 2nd Floor for each dog owned or kept. A license must be obtained as of the date the dog is six months of age. Therefore, if the dog turns six months old after the first business day of a year, a license must be obtained for the remainder of that calendar year. License information required: breed, sex, general colors and markings of the dog, proof of rabies vaccine and also, the name, address and telephone number of the owner. You may also obtain a dog license via U.S. Mail by enclosing the following:

Owners must show proof of rabies vaccine from veterinarian. 2013 Dog Licenses are available for $10.00 at the Municipal Building, Administration Department, 2nd floor starting January 2, 2013. |
