MAJOR CHANGE:
Borough residents, for the first time, will be able to pay their tax bill in 3 installments. There are no discounts or penalties issued for the 3 installments as they will add up to the face amount of the tax due. HOWEVER, If you miss an installment there will be a 10% penalty and the balance of the tax would be due immediately.
Pleasant Hills Borough & West Jefferson Hills School District Tax Collection will be able to be paid in person at the Pleasant Hills Borough Office on the following dates and times:

Appointments will be granted upon request. Any taxpayer may call for a specific appointment outside of these hours.

Tax Certification Requests
For closing companies and banks, the fee for a 3 year Borough and school tax certification is $50.
Please make checks payable to Michael Freedman, Tax Collector, and mail with your request to

As a resident of Pleasant Hills/West Jefferson Hills School District, your PSD Code is 731902.
This must be used on your Residency Certification Form filed with your employer and on your Final Local Earned Income Tax Return which must be filed by all taxpayers annually. If you use the wrong PSD Code, there will be a significant delay in your taxes reaching your home municipality and school district!
