NEW ONLINE PAYMENTS
Taxpayers are now able to make Credit Card Payments online.
You will be responsible for paying all fees as well as your full bill.
For those of you who choose to pay your installments online, be advised
that installments 2 & 3 will automatically be charged to your credit card when due.

FOR THOSE PAYING BY CHECK
Beginning July 6th , you may PAY IN PERSON by coming to the borough building, room105,
Monday through Thursday between the hours of 10:30 AM & 3:00 PM.
There is also a drop box in the main lobby of the borough building. You will have access to this drop box until 9:00 PM.
You may also mail your taxes to PO Box 10931, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
If you are using mail, it is strongly recommended that you use a gel pen to write your checks.
VERY IMPORTANT
PAY attention to the new POST OFFICE postmarking rules,
especially if waiting to the last minute to pay your taxes. I will be going100% by the postmark.
I will not accept any excuses like "I mailed it on Friday". The postmark is the postmark.
PLEASE WRITE YOUR PHONE # OR EMAIL ON YOUR CHECK or on the copy of your TAX STATEMENT YOU ARE INCLUDING WITH YOUR PAYMENT.
IT IS AS IMPORTANT THAN YOUR BLOCK & LOT NUMBER IF THERE IS AN ISSUE.

Tax Certification Requests
For closing companies and banks, the fee for a 3 year Borough and school tax certification is $50.
Please make checks payable to Michael Freedman, Tax Collector, and mail with your request to
P.O. Box 10931, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 The duplicate bill fee is $10.00 per bill.

As a resident of Pleasant Hills/West Jefferson Hills School District, your PSD Code is 731902.
This must be used on your Residency Certification Form filed with your employer and on your Final Local Earned Income Tax Return which must be filed by all taxpayers annually. If you use the wrong PSD Code, there will be a significant delay in your taxes reaching your home municipality and school district!
