Pleasant Hills 2025 Paving Program & Traffic Calming Improvements

Pleasant Hills 2025 Paving Program & Traffic Calming Improvements Begin July 24:

The Borough of Pleasant Hills will begin its 2025 Paving Program on Thursday, July 24, 2025. The Borough’s paving contractor, A. Liberoni, Inc., will be resurfacing the following streets:

  • National Drive
  • Farm Lane
  • Temona Drive (between Arbor and Broadway)
  • Dutch Lane (between Hi Tor and Mowry)
  • Stevens Drive
  • Beedle Circle

In addition, as part of the Borough’s ongoing traffic calming efforts, speed humps will be installed on West Bruceton Road near the following locations:

  • Between 81/82 West Bruceton Road
  • Between 146/164 West Bruceton Road
  • Between 248/251 West Bruceton Road
  • Between 337/338 West Bruceton Road

These locations were recommended as part of a traffic study conducted in 2021, which identified areas where speed mitigation measures would improve safety for motorists and pedestrians.

We kindly ask residents to observe all posted “No Parking” signs on the affected streets during the project.

Paving and installation work is expected to be completed by Friday, August 1, 2025, weather permitting.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we make these important improvements to our streets and neighborhoods.
