Camera tests can only be scheduled from 8am-1pm, Monday - Friday so that our Public Works employees can be present to witness the test.

Important Lateral Inspection Scheduling Requirements

When scheduling a lateral inspection, a minimum of 5 business days' advance notice is required. This means the inspection date must be at least 5 full business days after the day you schedule it. For example, if you submit your request on a Monday, the earliest available inspection date would be the following Monday (excluding holidays). Same-day or next-day requests cannot be accommodated.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Public Works. If your requested time conflicts with an existing inspection, the email will include an alternative date and time as close to your original selection as possible.

The plumber must be on site and ready to begin at the exact scheduled inspection time. Arrival windows (e.g., 8 AM–12 PM) are not acceptable, as they cause delays and impact the schedule.
